I attended Kingwood High School in Houston, TX, class of 2013. I played soccer all 4 years as well as competitive club soccer for Challenge. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and went on to play soccer on scholarship at Texas Wesleyan University. I transferred to UT at Arlington in 2015 where I am finishing up my degree now. I played competitive club soccer at UTA for 2 years and was the president for this past school year. I studied abroad in Costa Rica Spring 2016 for a semester. That is where I fell in love with the culture and country and decided I wanted to teach rather than pursue PA school with my biology degree. When I am not in school or working, I enjoy reading, cleaning, cooking, listening to music, eating ice-cream, working out, playing soccer and visiting family and friends. And occasionally taking cat naps with my two kittens =)
